On the Thames

This photo was taken at the end of Westminster Bridge looking down the Thames. Although it’s not in the photo, the London Eye is over to the left. I didn’t add it the photo as it appears incongruous and out of place in all the history of the Thames. You can see St Pauls, the Nat West Tower and the Gherkin in the foggy distance. The lovely colour of the light is due to the sun setting.
